Reservations
You may make reservations up to one year in advance. To secure a booking a non-returnable deposit is payable:
we will inform you of the amount at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit or debit card. Payments at the
Hotel are by card or cash only. The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation
To avoid the Hotel paying two sets of Bank charges, no additional charge will be made when paying deposits by
Credit or
Debit card, but, an additional charge of £2.00 may be made if you choose to pay the due balance by card on arrival.
Cancellation
If you cancel a booking or part of a booking up to twenty-four hours prior to arrival you will lose your deposit.
For cancellations after this time, we reserve the right to claim payment of the full amount (less a sum for service)
of the original booking.
Non-Arrival of Guests
Should you have booked a room(s) and paid a deposit, and fail to arrive at the hotel, we reserve the right to
charge to your Credit/Debit Card the remainder of the full amount that would have
become due should you have arrived and fulfilled your Booking.
Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount (less a sum for service)
of the original booking unless otherwise agreed with us.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 2.00pm although earlier arrival may be possible with our agreement.
You are asked to inform the Hotel of your arrival time if possible.
Check out on day of departure is at 11.00am Rooms still occupied after 12 midday will incur a further nights charge.
Luggage may be left in the Hall if you are staying in Blackpool for the day if agreed in advance.
The Hall is a public area and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to your luggage.
Hotel Property
We will charge you the full cost of replacing or repairing any Hotel property you lose or damage however the damage is
caused. If you notice any damage or missing items in your room you must inform us immediately.

Smoking Policy
Unless you are in a designated smoking bedroom (if you are not sure, please ask)
Smoking is NOT permitted in GUYZ Hotel.
If you are found to be smoking (or have been smoking) in any room, all of which are clearly marked!
you will be charged a further TWO nights stay, at the full rate for the room, regardless of any current offers.
It is now illegal to smoke in a public place in the UK, and we will not be responsible for any fines incurred by you!
Payment

Money owing before departure. If you fail to do so, we will take any action necessary to recover money due including
any legal costs.
We reserve the right to use your credit or debit card without further request if necessary in respect of unpaid accounts or
damages incurred.
